AGFA Apogee X RIPing system — RIPing and trapping system. Highly accurate and virtually automatic trapping of files. Allows viewing and imposition of trapped files, which may then be output to imagesetter or digital proofer.

AGFA VLF platesetter with AGFA Platemanager and Fuji FLH85Z plate processor — features fully-automatic feed and output and the ability to have up to four sizes of plates pre-loaded. Also able to do “Sublima” screening, a process that is capable of 340 lpi.

Epson Stylus Pro 9880 digital proofer — 1440 dpi digital proofer utilizing eight-color inkjet process and Epson semi-gloss proofing paper for high-quality color reproduction. Digitally calibrated to our presses for improved color matching.

Epson Stylus Pro 10600 digital proofer — 720 dpi digital proofer utilizing six-color inkjet process and Epson semi-matte proofing paper for high-quality color reproduction. Digitally calibrated to our presses for improved color matching.

AGFA Grand Sherpamatic proofer — high-speed color inkjet plotter capable of making full-size, two-sided imposed plotter proofs, automatically backed up for folding and booking. Driven by Apogee.

AGFA Sherpamatic proofer — color inkjet plotter capable of making full-size, two-sided imposed plotter proofs, automatically backed up for folding and booking. Driven by Apogee.

AGFA Sherpa 43 proofer — plotter-style proofer capable of printing sizes up to 40" x 48" at resolutions up to 720 dpi. Driven by Apogee.

GCC Technologies Elite XL 20/600 laser printer — 600 dpi PostScript laser printer. Paper sizes 8-1⁄2" x 11", 11" x 17".

Intel pre-press server — Dual processor, eight-core server includes two bridged gigabit cards and over five terabytes of RAID storage capacity.

Epson V700 Photo scanner — High-resolution flatbed color scanner.

Macintosh workstations — an assortment of Macintosh stations networked and configured to do complete electronic pre-press preparation.

Font library — Adobe and Linotype PostScript fonts.

Automatic in-line tabber — hooks up to our presses to count and insert tabs in desired quantities.
